South Lyon Candidate Forum (#2) Hosted by the League of Women Voters

The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political organization dedicated to Making Democracy Work through voter education, issue advocacy and citizen participation. Over the last century, individual Junior Leagues have played an active role in educating the public on the pressing issues of the day and advocating for change, legislative or otherwise, on behalf of those who don’t have a voice.

The Junior League of Birmingham is supporting the League of Women Voters by providing volunteers for fall candidate forums. Volunteers will provide logistical support, serving as pages and timers.

The South Lyon Candidate Forum (#2) will feature:
– 7 candidates for city council (3 positions)

Parking: On-site parking.

Dress: Business casual and/or JLB attire.
